Brand-new, well-kept room with central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk. Well prepared and above average continental breakfast with Cappucino, catered for everyone. Perfect and comfortable location and nearby the train station.  

The location was perfect and magnificent, only 5 minutes walk to a wide canal. The hotel itself was in a very pleasant area. We had the superior queen room provided with a queen bed, TV and shower.

Everything was really good, though a few employees were usual. The service here was exceptional.

Lots of great food for meals. Venetian-style building, air-conditioned rooms with shower, coffee, a private bathroom.

It is an European building, the rooms are spotless and heated with a great deluxe shower.

Stayed at a perfectly clean and heated room with TV and a double bed. The breakfast spread was nice hot and large, with a wide range of gorgeous options.

Reasonably priced hotel with patient staff who called the manager at our request. Our room was well-kept and brand-new with a seaparate bathroom and so tables plus drinks. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from a wide canal. Restaurant 

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in Venice. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustling tourist areas. The location was perfect, right opposite the train station and close to the ferry terminal. 

I enjoyed the hotel, it was perfect and clean with marvellous and beautiful location close to the market. The breakfast was large for all tastes, the staff was very welcoming.

Excellent location!! Just 5 min from Santa Lucia train station. Laundry is few steps away and good food joints close by. Could'nt be better

The hotel has an excellent location and is a comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend visiting Panificio Pasticceria Trevisan, located just a few blocks away from the hotel, for some delicious coffee and treats. The room provided at the
